Founded Aspire SFD Ltd in 2011 working closely with Matrix Achievement LLC a US based Training and Development Company following 18 years of multi-national training & development experience. Aspire SFD Ltd is the outside of the US provider for the Matrix Portfolio. 20+ years with Covidien, a multi-billion dollar medical-device business, first as a sales representative (Valleylab) selling capital equipment & disposable operating theatre products. Following success in sales & training Nigel was promoted to Senior Director (VP), Global Training & Leadership Development based in Colorado USA.

Ron Byron PhD

Ron brings with him over 20 years of strategic business development and marketing communication experience from various multi-national companies throughout the world. He has a extensive national (The Netherlands) and International network in the healthcare industry. He has a natural ability to connect and engage with people at every level. Ron has a MBA from Glasgow University Business School and an MSc in Strategy & Organization (Open University). He graduated with a teaching degree in Sports Science & Physical Education (Sports Academy, Arnhem), in The Netherlands. He has a PhD from the OU (Open University/ Technical University Eindhoven), Faculty Management Sciences and Technology.
